that is in the best interest of your child 
(You, the parent decide what is in the best interest of your child)

You can request your child be tested by the Child Study Team
You may have an unbiased educational evaluation done for your child 
(at the expense of the school)
You may have an independent psychological evaluation done 
(at the expense of the school)

You can have a independent physical evaluation done 
(at the expense of the school)

You have access to ALL of your child's records.
