MISSION STATEMENT

Our purpose is to provide accurate information to students and their 
parents concerning the rights they have been given through the public 
education system. We seek to provide the students and their families with information that aids them in receiving 

• a free and appropriate education 

• in the least restrictive environment 

• that is in the student's best interest

 beginning with their first day in school and 
as a result to prevent needless frustration, depression and hopelessness.
